Role Summary
This individual will serve as the Supply Chain leader for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Spares program within the Product Support sub strategic business unit with the Land and Air Defense Strategic Business Unit within Raytheon.
This role will work closely with the DLA Spares Program Manager, the Contracts lead, and functional peers including logistics, Finance, Mission Assurance. You will produce and manage supply chain sales forecasts including supplier follow-up (as required) to ensure forecast accuracy and that financial commitments are met. This role will have Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities and will be responsible for managing Supply Chain program direct material and labor budgets, providing, and validating Supply Chain EAC inputs, actively managing Supply Chain Risks and Opportunities for assigned programs. Additionally, you will support new business capture including management of the Supply Chain proposal process inclusive of the development of material and labor Basis of Estimates (BOE's). This role will be responsible to report on and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) including but not limited to proposal work in queues, Quote Output, outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, Customer and Supplier On Time Delivery (OTD), material forecasts and past due dollars
What You Will Do:
Manage Supply Chain professionals, activities, and deliverables (as well as KPI's)
Manage proposal development and oversight
Handle purchase order placement and management
Handle supply chain financial forecasting
Manage supplier and customer On Time Deliver (OTD)
Orchestrate and manage Material Contract Briefs.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
At least 10 years of supply chain experience, with experience supporting USG customers.
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
The ability to obtain a USG security clearance, if required.
Experience managing, training, and mentoring a team of direct reports.
Experience working on proposals, obtaining 15-2 compliant supplier proposals and familiarity with supplier Cost and Price Analyses.
Experience and knowledge of FAR part 15 and the Truth in Negotiations Act.
Knowledge of and experience with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Experience actively managing Supply Chain risks and opportunities.
Experience in writing Basis of Estimates (BOEs)
Experience Material Contract Briefs (MCBs).
Knowledge of PRISM/SAP and Maximo.
EVMS Certification and the ability to analyze and reconcile variances.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Experience using the Contracts Requirements System to manage On Time Delivery (OTD).
Experience making presentations to Senior Leadership.
Experience with the Development, modification and/or execution of Supply Chain Program Plan (SCPP).
Knowledge of the Integrated Product Development System (IPDS) with Emphasis on Gates 3, 4 and 5.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
