Job Summary: Rubber Fab, located in Sparta, NJ, is an industry leading gasket and hose supplier for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industries. A warehouse person is responsible for order fulfillment of gaskets & hoses, packaging hoses, etching gaskets, and receiving products. Attention to detail is highly important, as this Warehouse Person is also responsible for counting and packaging products. Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday - Friday. Essential Functions: Order fulfillment of hoses, gaskets, etc. Assist in custom hose shop Etching gaskets Loading & unloading packages from trucks Unpack and inventory incoming shipments Picking, counting and packaging products for outbound shipments Maintain overall organization of warehouse Ensure that inventory is accurate and report discrepancies Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years of warehouse experience High School Diploma or equivalent High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Computer skills Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35lbs Standing for long periods of time The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
