Senior Director of Finance - Global Operations - Andover, MA

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Finance - Global Operations who can be a key member of the senior operations leadership team. In this position, you will partner with Senior Executives including the COO, VP Global Supply Chain, VP Global Ops, and VP Global Real Estate & Employee Health and Safety to drive strategic financial and business initiatives across the company. Working in partnership with the global Finance team you will lead Operations Finance initiatives, manage forecast processes, analyze actual results support business strategy initiatives, and set direction for Global Operations Finance. You Will Make an Impact By:
Lead all Finance, Planning & Analysis activities for the MKS Global Operations HQ's functions, Operations Finance & FP&A for the MKS Global Service organization and all Accounting /FP&A activities for the MKS Mexico operations & legal entity
Provide leadership, support, and guidance to all Global Operations Finance teams
Set and manage compliance of common Inventory & Cost Accounting policies & internal controls across all MKS divisions
Manage the Capital Expenditure planning process for all MKS divisions & support functions
Provide analytical insight, assessment of risks, and help guide senior leadership with decision-making for both strategic and tactical challenges
Develop, analyze, and interpret financial information to evaluate operating results in terms of performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the profitability of the Company.
Support Management and Finance to identify and drive Operational and Cost improvements
Provide creative insights when participating in key business processes including Product Line Profitability, Low Margin Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, etc.
Support and collaborate with Corporate Finance on various projects as needed.

Experience and ability to deliver in a fast paced, high growth, changing environment
Success working in a collaborative, matrixed environment, and a track record of accomplishments with measurable business impact
Experience with complex, multi-site, multi-national operations building high tech hardware products
Experience managing change, influencing leadership, managing risk and ensuring compliance.
Demonstrated ability to address difficult issues and make independent decisions.
Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and solve problems with confidence
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience (MBA is desired). 15+ years progressive Finance experience
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
Perform activities such as sitting, standing, or typing for extended periods of time
Regularly requires good manual dexterity and coordination
Ability to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time
Must be able to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
Must be able to exchange accurate information
Operates in a professional office environment
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
Ability to observe documents and details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
Noise level in the work environment is usually average
This position is based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Andover, MA. Candidate must be within commutable driving distance.
Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
