In office work schedule with 6 month contract

What's a typical day as Senior Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Providing advanced administrative support to VP level and offering backup support to other department members as needed.

Monitoring and prioritizing executive emails, highlighting actions, and routinely drafting responses.

Maintaining and managing calendars, including scheduling meetings and arranging domestic and international travel.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of 5 years of administrative assistant experience, with an Associate degree (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Possess experience supporting VP-level executives or equivalent roles.

Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat, with a solid understanding of business processes.
