Provides input to product design regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
Basic Qualifications:
Previous experience with manufacturing engineering or manufacturing engineering technology
Knowledge of manufacturing principles and/or production line setup, launch and/or development
Experience creating manufacturing work instructions and/or standard operating procedures.
Knowledge of manufacturing bill of materials, creation, edit, and/or maintenance
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience presenting to Senior LM and government leadership
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space or industry equivalent processes
Experience working in a large aerospace or automotive company
Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Space or industry equivalent tools (ERP/SAP, EPDM, VECAMS, PMP Database, etc)
Cable Harness and Electrical Ground Support Equipment fabrication or manufacturing
Active Secret clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
