Sales Support Representative

Position Overview: The Customer Transaction Specialist is responsible for managing the entire customer transaction process from start to finish. This role serves as a crucial link between the sales representatives in the field and the customers, primarily business-to-business (B2B) clients such as hospital buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Management: Oversee the complete customer transaction lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between sales representatives and customers.

Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate data entry by incorporating the correct contract details for items provided by the sales representatives.

Shipping Coordination: Enter and verify shipping addresses, whether directed to the sales representative or the customer location.

Billing: Prepare and send billing information to customers in a timely manner.

Purchase Orders: Apply and close out purchase orders efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.

Shipping Updates: Provide regular shipping updates to both sales representatives and customers, maintaining clear and open communication.

External Website Review: Monitor and review purchase orders on external websites to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Client Management: Independently manage a portfolio of 50 clients, delivering exceptional service and support.

Qualifications:

2+ years of account manager/Sales support experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience in a B2B environment, preferably with knowledge of hospital procurement processes.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software tools.

High School Diploma

Microsoft Excel Experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
