Description

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and addressing inquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment.

Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and record management (Source: Administrative and customer support professionals in highest demand).

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and package deliveries.

Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or corporate activities as needed.

Monitor and re-stock office supplies and equipment inventory to support seamless operations.

Maintain confidentiality by managing sensitive information carefully and responsibly.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.

Proven experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.

Demonstrated aptitude for aligning with corporate culture and fostering positive interactions
