Job Title: Accounts Payable and Receivable SpecialistJob Description

We are looking for an Accounts Payable and Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a large portion of terminal billing, including vessel POs and nuances. This role is geared toward the terminal side and involves training others. We seek someone who has experience in a small company environment handling AP/AR responsibilities, who can wear many hats, is interested in growing, and is open to new experiences.

Responsibilities

Handle a large portion of terminal billing, including vessel POs and nuances.

Determine who to bill (e.g., carriers) and train others in this process.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.

Handle invoicing and related financial documentation.

Essential Skills

Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Ability to wear many hats and take on diverse responsibilities.

Interest in growth and openness to new experiences.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience working in a small company environment.

Familiarity with terminal billing processes.

Work Environment

This is a 100% on-site position. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment where they will use various technologies and equipment. While experience with YARDI and Netsuite is not required, familiarity with these systems can be beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $64480.00/yr.
