Aston Carter is looking to hire a deposit specialist in Gretna, NE! This position offers competitive pay with a top company in the area.

Job Description

Coordinated the processing of on us return items, is responsible for processing the charge-back notices.

Reviews Stop Payment Reports for suspect Stop Pays.

Print Interest checks, review deposits made remotely by our business customers, place Reg. CC holds and misc. exception reports.

Performs other job-related duties.

Various customer letters.

Review new business accounts for proper documents.

Process both Incoming and Outgoing return items, Bankruptcies, Garnishments, Levies and Account Frozen.

Review accounts to verify that statements cut at a minimum monthly on checking and quarterly on savings as well as misc. exception reports.

All duties are performed on a rotated basis.

Skills & Qualifications

Banking experience, 1-3 years

Accounting, finance, CS, data entry

Microsoft office experience

Will train on all software

High School or equivalent

Experience Level

Entry Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
