Position Overview
The Finance Manager will be a part of the finance team reporting into the Digital, Data, and Solutions Senior Finance Manager supporting the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Center, which is enabling a multi-year global business transformation program that will modernize our end-to-end digital capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products, and enabling our integrated data strategy.
The role will be responsible for providing financial controllership to all aspects of data management for Supply Chain Digital Data Strategy and Operations including cost planning, budget management and reporting. This role will partner closely with the both the strategic project deployment team, as well as the base business operational team on planning, execution and financial management. They will consolidate, frame and deliver the financial outlook to the leadership teams. The individual will identify critical factors affecting program finances and evaluate potential options to deliver Data spend under budget. They will also be the key liaison to the Master Data Management team on reporting and managing financial expectations.
This is a high visibility role with opportunities to work with the SC Digital leader directly. The role requires a high level of motivation and confidence, and the ability to perform complex analysis under tight deadlines and with limited supervision. This individual must leverage a refined, multi-functional toolset of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital acumen to effectively interact with a breadth of business stakeholders. The successful candidate must be able to engage and operate with the project team at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level. The leader will need to develop strong business partnerships across the project team.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cross functional team members to plan, identify and strategize Johnson & Johnson Projects/Program financial management
Track and communicate Data spend status across Projects/Program
Support value creation portion of the Change and Communication Efforts
Drive establishment and implementation of standard process for all Data planning & tracking, including relevant templates and guidance
Partner with business leads and Project Controllers to establish integrated project plans / schedules / deliverables
Ensure projects' timeliness and financial health are appropriately managed throughout the projects' lifecycles
Develop and deliver Data presentations for senior-level MT stakeholders to advise on historical and future project status
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor's degree required ; advanced degree or MBA is highly desirable
A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within finance , or large transformation programs is required
Prefer strong knowledge of Medical Devices Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
Demonstrated hands-on project management/delivery preferred
Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills, with proven ability to influence/collaborate to get to desired result
Prefer people management and development experience
Strong customer focus (internal & external), including development and management of stakeholders
Ability to effectively lead and govern cross-functional decision-making bodies is preferred
Knowledge in deploying standardized work processes, tools, and templates is preferred
Experience managing to project timelines and milestones in complex business environments preferred
Skilled at engaging and building relationships with senior business stakeholders required
Exceptional business and digital acumen, including ERP expertise preferred
Experience working in a complex, multi-ERP / system environment preferred

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$100,000 -172,500
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
