Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate where you will play a crucial role in managing the efficient flow of products within our facility.

Responsibilities

Efficiently unload and load products from trucks, ensuring all items are handled with care.

Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by checking products against packing lists and invoices.

Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

Report any discrepancies or damages to the supervisor immediately.

Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during loading and unloading processes.

Essential Skills

Proficient in operating forklifts.

Experience in inventory management.

Skillful in material handling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in unloading and loading products.

Work Environment

Our warehouse operates at a very fast pace in tight quarters, working primarily with frozen salmon. The environment is extremely cold, including chillers and freezers, so please ensure you dress warmly on work days.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Barbara, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
