Position summary:

Under general supervision, the Mechanical Assembler is responsible for the assembly of product components and parts.

Responsibilities include:

Construct and assemble electro-mechanical products utilizing a wide variety of hand and power tools.

Prepare and assemble components to specifications.

Perform tasks including installing circuit boards, power supplies, face plates, product labels, cables and wire harness using screws and adhesives.

Perform in-line inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.

Read and follow reporting documentation/information.

Requirements:

Two years of experience as an assembler or related position.

Must be able to effectively handle various objects weighing up to 50 lbs.

U.S. citizenship is required.

To be successful in this position, the candidate must:

Be capable of reading drawings, wiring diagrams, parts lists/BOMS etc.

Have good interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment.

Have high attention to detail.

Have the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Salary range: $20-$30 per hour - several factors are considered when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
