Production Associate (Operator) $20/hr

Job Description

Safely operate equipment and handle fabricated glass products for various customers and applications.

Operate all @types of manufacturing equipment, place glass into machinery, and package the final product for customer delivery.

Relate effectively to employees at all levels and be sensitive to customer needs, corporate goals, and company reputation.

Support production management, minimize waste and downtime, improve daily processes, and streamline workflows.

Inspect and detect products for defects, ensuring each customer order is completed safely and timely.

Essential Skills

1+ years of manufacturing work experience.

1+ years of experience with production equipment/machinery/assembly line.

Mechanical aptitude; comfortable with hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Glass manufacturing experience.

Forklift operation.

Ability to read and follow work instructions.

Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and reach as necessary.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34528.00 - $38688.00/yr.
