Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is excited to collaborate with a top-tier healthcare organization in Tacoma, WA to recruit a Certified Medical Assistant for a local contract-to-hire opportunity .

What You'll Do:

Rooming Patients : Accurately documenting chief complaints, recording vital signs, and preparing patients for provider evaluation.

EPIC In-Basket Management : Handling electronic communications, test results, refill requests, and other tasks within the EPIC system.

Performing EKGs : Administering electrocardiograms as ordered and ensuring proper documentation and equipment use.

Administering Injections : Providing immunizations and other injections per provider orders, following appropriate safety protocols.

Paperwork Management : Assisting with the completion and organization of forms, prior authorizations, and other patient-related documentation.

What You'll Need:

Active MA-C (Medical Assistant-Certified) certification required

Previous experience in a primary care setting is required

Compensation:

$25.00 - $30.50/hr

Rate is determined based on experience.

Please Note: This opportunity is offered exclusively through Adecco's Healthcare & Life Sciences division and not your local Adecco branch office.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.50 per hour
