Basic Job Functions:
Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore,

and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling products
and services over the phone, chat, email, and other communication
channels. The successful candidate will be self-driven and
result-oriented. They will work closely with our Marketing and Sales
teams to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and
ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Job Responsibilities:

Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities to meet or exceed
monthly sales targets.

Develop an inside sales strategy, including identifying target
accounts, setting goals, and executing tactics to build pipeline and
accelerate sales cycle.

Identify customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate
solutions.

Effectively communicate and demonstrate the benefits of our products
and services to potential customers.

Engage with prospects and leads through email, phone, chat, and other
communication channels.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
-
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing customers.

Work closely with the Marketing team to generate leads and create
campaigns to drive sales.

Provide excellent customer service to maintain high customer
satisfaction levels.

Actively participate in team sales meetings and training sessions.
Compensation
Wage Range: \$23.27-\$29.70/hour + Annual ROA Bonus
ROA Bonus
ROA Bonus percentage is variable, determinate upon company performance
each year, up to 33% of annual salary.
Profit-Sharing
10% of Nucor\'s pre-tax earnings are contributed to the Profit Sharing
Plan annually and distributed to all eligible teammates. A large portion
is deposited into your profit-sharing account, and a smaller portion is
distributed in cash. Current 6-year average = 19.88% of your eligible
earnings. Eligible earnings include regular pay, overtime, and bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
-
A combination of experience and/or education equivalent to five years
in Customer Service or Inside Sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in overhead door installation
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing
deals.

Experience with CRM systems and online communication platforms.

Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a
related field
