Administrative Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to assist with conference support in Clayton, Missouri. This is a contract position requiring hands-on organization and communication skills to ensure the event runs smoothly. The role involves managing logistics, assisting attendees, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

Distribute name tags to attendees and provide assistance as needed.

Prepare the conference room, including setting up audio-visual equipment and ensuring functionality.

Coordinate food deliveries for breakfast and snacks, and manage cleanup after meals.

Welcome guests into the building, provide directions, and ensure a smooth check-in process.

Place food orders and ensure they are timely and accurately delivered.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the conference space during and after the event.

Monitor and address any immediate needs or concerns during the event.

Collaborate with team members to ensure all logistical aspects are handled efficiently. Requirements - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with attendees and team members.

Experience with conference planning, setup, and coordination.

Ability to manage conference room technology, including AV equipment.

Organizational skills to ensure smooth delivery and setup of food and supplies.

Attention to detail to maintain a clean and organized environment.

Capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Previous experience in administrative support or event coordination is preferred. TalentMatch®
