Job Title: 2nd or 3rd Shift Custodial Worker

Shift is from 2pm-10:20pm or 10pm-6:30am Monday-Friday.

Pay: $16/hour

Job Description

As a custodial worker, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety within the facility. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, dusting, and washing windows. You will also be responsible for disinfecting surfaces and restrooms, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting any major maintenance or cleanliness issues to management. Additionally, you will ensure the facility is safe by locking doors at night and keeping the premises orderly.

Responsibilities

Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, dust, and wash windows

Disinfect surfaces and restrooms

Order new supplies and tools, restock supply closets, and maintain cleaning supplies

Report major maintenance and cleanliness issues to management

Notify supervisors about unsafe conditions

Ensure doors are locked at night and premises are kept clean and orderly

Essential Skills

Experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or environmental services

Proficiency in sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing

Customer service skills

Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours a day

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Janitorial or Floor Technician experience

Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
