IMMEDIATELY HIRING!

As a Production Worker , you will play a crucial role in prepping orders, ensuring the accuracy and quality of products before they reach our customers. Your responsibilities will include checking labels and codes, counting, applying stickers, loading pallets correctly, and maintaining cleanliness. You will be required to lift bags of cocoa beans (up to 50lbs) and butter (up to 35lbs) throughout your 12-hour shift. The role involves minimal rotation between tasks, so you must be comfortable working in the same area for the entire shift. Additionally, you will utilize new technology to assist with lifting and dumping heavy materials into machines, primarily at the dumping station.

Responsibilities

Check labels, codes, and counts on products.

Apply stickers and load items in the correct directions.

Ensure pallets are clean and properly organized.

Lift and handle bags of cocoa beans and butter.

Utilize new technology to grip and lift bags of ingredients.

Dump ingredients into machines at the dumping station.

Essential Skills

Experience in food manufacturing, packing, and production.

General production and machine operation skills.

Ability to handle general labor tasks and work on an assembly line.

High School Diploma or GED.

Good math and computer skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
