Job Title: Warehouse Associate (WMS)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills and a high sense of ownership and urgency. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and a problem-solving mindset. You will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities

Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory control and fulfill work orders.

Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to synchronize SAP and actual inventories.

Perform cycle counting.

Put material into stock.

Ensure material is properly allocated for Repair Orders/Sales Orders.

Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs.

Essential Skills

Strong computer skills.

Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle, and related software.

Proficiency in data entry and inventory control.

High school diploma or GED.

Previous warehouse experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and organizational skills.

Understanding of warehouse safety regulations.

Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring the use of various technologies and equipment to manage inventory and fulfill orders. Expect a hands-on and fast-paced setting where attention to detail and safety are paramount.

This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
