Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Perform basic diagnostic tests on electromechanical parts (drive, motors, PLC). Troubleshoot damaged machinery and equipment and determine needed repairs. Safely repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts, disassembling and reassembling, adjusting, recalibrating, cleaning, or lubricating as required. Conduct tests to ensure satisfactory repairs have been completed. Monitor performance, adjust, and calibrate as needed, to ensure equipment meets specifications and requirements. Manage installation, oversee projects, and supervise a crew as necessary. Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and keep detailed records.

3 to 7 years of experience performing Maintenance on Equipment in either an Industrial, Manufacturing, or Production environment

Testing and repairing electromechanical parts (drives, motors, PLC)

Electronic, Electrical, and Mechanical machine maintenance

Electronic troubleshooting around controls, PLC (ladder logic), computer programs, solenoids, etc.

Electrical troubleshooting and repairs in control panels, drives (drive controls), motors (3phase), use of voltmeters, running wire, Star/Delta, relays, fuses, breakers, thermocouples, etc.

Mechanical troubleshooting and repairs; changing bearings, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, blowers, fans, pumps, machine parts, etc.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
