Location: Greenville, WI Position: Administrative Assistant Wage: \$23.69/hr Shift: Part Time - 1st shift, M-Th 9:00am to 3:00pm and Flexible hrs. on Friday (20-29 hrs. per week) While reporting to the Plant Manager, the Administrative Assistant will manage various administrative functions to support operations. What you\'ll be doing: Prepare and complete all hourly payroll functions. Reconcile and report attendance Investigate payroll questions and issues Maintain and update an accurate Kronos roster Conduct interviews and support New Employee Orientation as needed Assist employees during the \"Open Enrollment\" process Reconcile shipments to closed order register We\'d love to hear from you if you: Have high level of integrity, trust, and ethical standards. Have above average communication skills (written & verbal). Able to maintain composure. Well versed in Microsoft products (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience in Human Resources, Kronos payroll and general administrative experience is a plus.
