Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Business Manager to join our team in North Hollywood, California. In this role, you will manage financial records, process transactions, and support clients with their financial needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a thorough understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

· Working knowledge of AgilLink/Datafaction accounting program

· Ability to interact with clients regarding their accounts and finances

· Proficient use of PC applications including Outlook, Excel and Word

· Oral and Written Communication Skills

· Fluent Command of English

· Professionalism and time management

· Organizational Skills

· Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles

· Financial Statement Analysis

· Entity and Individual Income Taxation understanding

· Intermediate Level Understanding of Finance, Real Estate, and Banking

· Bookkeeping Competencies

· Problem Solving Skills

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

· Interface with clients and financial partners daily

Attend and contribute to client financial meetings

Review financial statements, tax returns, and other financial documentation

Review tax projections and quarterly estimates

Assist with special projects, including but not limited to, real estate transactions, cost analysis, and customized financial reporting

Receive invoices from vendors. Review and process using our accounting software (AgilLink/Datafaction) and adhere to standard company procedures to document purchases.

Reconcile bank statements

Ensure efficient and timely processing of all transactions with client vendors.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times to safeguard confident sensitive information.

Analyze discrepancies on invoices, and research solutions.

Process and record client payroll
