Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities

Utilize a tablet to identify and report issues within structures.

Enter structures, including bending, climbing stairs, and navigating small spaces.

Move boxes and other items within the structure.

Perform cleaning and general labor duties.

Essential Skills

Experience with manual labor.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.

Effective communication skills to relay issues to managers and engineers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with tools such as wrenches, power tools, and hand tools.

Knowledge of mechanical assembly, repair, and troubleshooting.

Experience in production, construction, or solar industries.

Work Environment and Shift

This role involves working in a high-tech robotics industry, with potential for temp-to-perm opportunities. The job is physically demanding, especially in the summer heat, and requires LOTO training, which we provide. The work environment includes spaces with only 32 inches of clearance, necessitating the ability to work in confined areas.

Currently have Back Half Days and Back Half Nights available:

Rotating Wednesday (5AM-5PM)

Thursday-Saturday (5AM-5PM)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18/hr-$19/hr.
