Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Locations: Chandler, Gilbert, and Casa Grande, Arizona

Service Areas: Clinic, Home Health, and Telehealth

Sign-on Bonus potential for Full-time

At Advanced Therapy Solutions , a part of Sevita , we believe in the power of speech and communication to change lives. We're seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team, helping children from birth to age 21 achieve meaningful developmental milestones in various settings, including clinics, home health, and telehealth.

Responsibilities:

Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, and fluency skills of individuals served.

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans using evidence-based techniques.

Conduct evaluations and maintain accurate documentation.

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize progress.

Provide caregiver education to support carryover of skills at home.

Coordinate services effectively between home, clinic, and telehealth platforms.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current state licensure/certification as an SLP in Arizona.

One year of experience as a Speech Therapist preferred (CFY candidates welcome to apply!).

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance (for home health visits).

Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
