dealership, is looking for a Service Advisor to join our high-energy team.

What You'll Do:
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
Listen to customer concerns and clearly document repair and maintenance needs
Prepare accurate repair orders and provide clear estimates for service and
repairs
Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics and recommended
services
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle throughout the repair
process
Offer additional services and maintenance based on manufacturer
recommendations
Ensure a seamless, transparent, and satisfying customer experience from
drop-off to pickup
Handle warranty, recall, and service campaign processes according to CDJR
standards
*Maintain CSI scores by providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For:
Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (CDJR or other dealership
experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Basic automotive knowledge and understanding of service terminology
Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc. a plus)
High school diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications
