Receptionist

Description

Greet and welcome visitors: Ensure all guests are warmly received and directed to the appropriate person or department.

Answer and manage phone calls: Handle incoming calls professionally, redirect calls as necessary, and take messages.

Manage appointments: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for staff members.

Administrative support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Perform some HR responsibilities.

Maintain reception area: Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized.

Assist with inquiries: Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers regarding the company's services and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of front desk experience

HS Diploma

Experience Level

Entry Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
