Description
The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting a variety of initiatives to help acquire new customers, increase engagement with existing customers and drive enterprise value. In this role the Senior Analyst will be responsible for owned marketing channel development, execution, review processes, measurement and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized and excels in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to -
Assists in the development and execution of marketing strategies, leveraging data to inform consumer facing messages that will drive awareness, consideration and preference.
Support marketing plan development and execution in partnership with internal teams including digital, creative, in-store experience, and operations.
Tactics include email, website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social, direct mail, in-store, and more. Must deliver work that is on-time, on-budget, and on-strategy.
Supports marketing strategies and develops tactics tailored to different customer segments to maximize engagement and conversion.
Conducts market research to gather insights on healthcare industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Analyzes and interprets marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Delivers reports and presentations to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management.
Acts as an independent self-starter but can also collaborate across internal and external teams.
Identifies areas of opportunity with a solutions-oriented mindset and has the tenacity to approach campaign pivots with a sense of urgency.
Manages team budget and finance process.
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a marketing role with experience and knowledge of email, direct mail, digital, social channels, etc.
4 years of relevant marketing experience
Strong time management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to partner and manage cross-functional relationships with teams like creative, media, legal, finance, etc.
Strong analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify trends in data, and recommend actionable next steps.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to convey information in an accessible, concise, and clear manner.
Able to work independently with analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in retail marketing
Experience working on fully integrated marketing campaigns
A customer-first mindset that inspires the in-store and online customer experience
Familiarity with project workflow management tools (e.g. Workfront) and analytic/reporting tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics or Tableau)
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience ( 4 years)

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
