Now Hiring: Customer Service Representative

Day to day responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.

Problem Solving: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.

Follow Scripts: Use call center scripts to handle different topics effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.

Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to multi-task.

Attributes: Customer-focused, adaptable to different personality @types, and able to manage time effective

Logistics:

Must be open to working on-site in South Phoenix, AZ.

Must be open to any shift between 5a-7p Monday-Friday.

Start date: May 9th!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr.
