Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to assist our Project Manager in overseeing construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities:

Coordinate and Supervise: Support the Project Manager in coordinating and supervising daily construction activities on-site.

Safety Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Progress Monitoring: Help monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to the Project Manager.

Subcontractor Management: Aid in managing subcontractors and ensuring their work meets project specifications.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports, under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members, subcontractors, and clients as directed by the Project Manager.

Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise, with the support of the Project Manager.

Resource Efficiency: Ensure that all materials and equipment are used efficiently and safely, following the Project Manager's instructions.

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.

Basic knowledge of construction safety practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
