Job Title: Quality Tester ( Entry Level )

Job Description

We are looking for someone with good computer skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn, to train as a quality/lab technician. This is a great opportunity for someone to get into quality and lab work, even without prior experience.

Responsibilities

Provide quality checks on outgoing finished products using laboratory testing equipment.

Evaluate acid concentrations and maintain and file appropriate quality production paperwork.

Conduct hydrogen tests.

Cut or shear orders for testing.

Perform bend testing.

Deburr samples.

Conduct tensile testing.

Complete and file necessary paperwork.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Attention to detail.

Basic math and equation solving skills.

Problem solving skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with quality assurance.

Experience with chemical titration.

Experience with production and quality control.

Experience with administrative support and data entry.

Work Environment

The lab is an air-conditioned environment, though you may need to walk into the production environment at times, which can be hot.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WASHINGTON, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.96 - $18.96/hr.
