Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is a Contract-to-permanent position offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a role that combines administrative tasks with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Process loan documentation efficiently, acting as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure timely completion.

Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and requests.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and transactions in company software.

Collaborate with team members to support business operations and ensure smooth workflows.

Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer needs and concerns.

Manage email correspondence effectively, ensuring clear and prompt communication.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, to complete daily tasks.

Support the team in meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.

Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for interacting with people.

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with additional experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint being a plus.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Skilled in email correspondence and data entry.
