Hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Mon-Fri) On-Site in Franklin, WI Compensation At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C\'s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Manager- Quality Assurance! The Quality Assurance organization provides a variety of services aimed at helping our internal customers, which include S&C leaders and team members, deliver superior quality to our customers. Quality planning, inspection, audit, quality information, quality improvement consulting, and quality communications are examples of the kind of services the organization provides. The Manager - Quality Assurance is responsible for overseeing all quality aspects of S&C\'s Franklin, WI facility. Quality Engineers, along with Quality Technologists, will report directly to the Manager - Quality Assurance. While working closely with Product Engineering and Value Steam Engineering, the Manager - Quality Assurance determines the quality standards for the production lines and fabrication processes and facilitates problem-solving using established quality tools.
