Description We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Northvale, New Jersey. This is a Contract-to-continuing position, offering the opportunity to grow within our organization. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Set up and configure workstations, including network adjustments, to support IT needs.

Coordinate travel arrangements and manage scheduling, including maintaining calendars.

Ensure timely responses to inbound calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting logistics effectively.

Handle general correspondence through email and phone communication.

Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

Maintain punctuality and reliability to support the overall workflow. Requirements - Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage schedules and coordinate appointments.

Familiarity with IT support tasks such as workstation setup and network switching.
