Job Title: 3am-11:30am Supply Specialist

Schedule is 3am-11:30am Monday-Friday. Currently rotating weekends as well.

Pay starts at $16/hour with a $2+ raise after the first 6 months and a lot of opportunity for growth.

Job Description

The Supply Specialist performs essential materials, distribution, and logistics tasks within the Materials Management department, supporting clinical activities within the medical complex. The role focuses on determining replenishment requirements, locating, selecting, documenting, and distributing medical supplies. Additional tasks include documenting receipt and distribution of supplies and equipment, cleaning and distributing equipment, and managing linen distribution.

Responsibilities

Determine replenishment requirements for medical supplies.

Locate, select, and document issues of medical supplies.

Distribute medical supplies to various departments.

Document receipt and distribution of supplies and equipment.

Clean and distribute medical equipment.

Manage linen distribution.

Perform shipping and receiving tasks.

Conduct physical inventories and quality control checks.

High school graduate or GED equivalent

One year of related work experience

Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Physical ability to stand on feet all day and pick orders

Experience with material handling and logistics

Work Environment

The work environment is clean and climate-controlled within a hospital setting. The atmosphere is team-oriented. The dress code includes scrubs or office casual attire with sneakers. Shift times vary, including 3am-11:30am, 5am-1:30pm, and 12pm-8:30pm, with rotating weekends and some holidays required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charleston, South Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
