Job Title: Electrical Wireman | 1st shift | $25-30/HR

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Wireman to join our team in Louisville, OH. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $20-$27 per hour, based on experience. We have openings for both the 1st shift (7:00am-3:30pm) and the 2nd shift (3:30pm-11:30pm).

Responsibilities

Perform point-to-point wiring of current transformers, circuits, relays, breakers, bussing, switches, and other electrical components.

Utilize hand and power tools to assemble electrical units.

Secure lug nuts on the ends of wires and use screwdrivers to tighten wires down to connectors.

Use splicers and crimping tools to cut and piece wires together.

Read blueprints, schematics, or work instructions to perform wiring assemblies.

Essential Skills

Experience with point-to-point wiring in an industrial environment.

Familiarity with wiring current transformers, breakers, relays, circuits, panels, controllers, and fuses.

Ability to read schematic diagrams.

Strong troubleshooting skills.

Experience with 120v electrical systems.

Understanding of AC/DC power.

Experience in switchgear or a similar industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Mechanical skills.

Blueprint reading.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
