Your key responsibilities
Lead and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive growth and expand market share within the Home Fragrance and Personal Care categories.
Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development.
Oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting revenue trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Negotiate high-value contracts and agreements, balancing customer needs with company profitability.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and strategic direction to the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.

You bring
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven Leadership - Track record of leading successful sales teams, developing talent, and driving revenue growth.
Strategic Business Acumen - Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies, manage complex accounts, and drive profitable growth.
Industry Expertise - In-depth knowledge of Home Fragrance, Personal Care, or related consumer goods industries.
Negotiation & Relationship Management - Experience in high-level negotiations and fostering long-term client partnerships.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitive landscapes to make informed business decisions.
Exceptional Communication - Strong ability to present, influence, and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to Travel - Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
