How You'll Make an Impact
As a Lead Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving client success by developing and executing strategic digital media campaigns using Epsilon's personalized solutions. This role reports to a senior manager within the client services team and collaborates daily with product, sales, technology, and cross-functional teams. What You'll Achieve
Deliver strategic programmatic campaigns that achieve client objectives, maximize ROI, and expand market share.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams to efficiently execute campaigns, identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities.
Provide actionable insights through robust performance analysis, enabling continuous program optimization and informed client decisions.
Develop and manage client roadmaps aligned with forecasts, ensuring proactive strategy and risk mitigation.
Streamline processes through standardization and automation, driving scalability and maximizing resource utilization.
Gain expertise in advanced digital media strategies, data analytics, and client relationship management, fostering significant career growth.
Who You Are
What You'll Bring With You:
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university (preferred).
7+ years of experience in Account Management or Project Management (digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus).
Excellent client service acumen, presentation, and writing skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
Track record of working across an organization to get things done.
Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience working with digital media solutions, including programmatic display, video, OTT/CTV, and streaming audio.

In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
