Craft-Bilt Manufacturing Co., a leading American manufacturing company that makes sunrooms, shade products, railings, & decks is looking for a Sales Representative. We need someone who is an in-home sales closer, a trainer, and is ready to be a road warrior. If you enjoy meeting new people and are ready to hit the road, this could be the job for you!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for prospecting for new dealers, training their salespeople by taking them into the home and presenting our amazing products, and growing your territory.

As part of this job, you will need to travel overnight, usually by car. You will be out on Monday and come back on Thursday. So, being organized and good at managing your time is very important.

We offer a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn more through commissions and bonuses. You will also receive benefits like healthcare, dental, vision, and life insurance. We provide a vehicle allowance and a company credit card to cover your travel expenses. Plus, you'll be working in a fun and collaborative environment.

Salary: $75,000 annually plus commission. You will receive 2.5% commission on all sales growth above your annual baseline.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Increase sales by helping our current dealers and their sales teams and providing them with training and support.

Look for new customers and business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

Experience in the home renovation industry.

Experience with sunroom construction/installation preferred.

You should be motivated to achieve goals and work with a sense of urgency.

Have 2-5 years of sales experience (selling to people in their homes or businesses is a plus).

Good organizational and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable with overnight travel (usually by car, out Monday and back Thursday).
