ICP Group is looking to identify a Regional EHS Manager to join our team. The Regional EHS Manager will have regional oversight and lead the development and implementation of EHS management system programs and processes for facilities located throughout the US (and potentially some international locations). The position can be based near one of our existing locations (with preferences for Andover, MA; Tampa, FL; or Phoenix, AZ) with the ability to travel overnight to other locations up to 60% of the time.
Fluency in English required with functional Spanish language ability a plus.
The Regional EHS Manager will manage EHS related risks for the company, as well as, lead initiatives in occupational safety, employee health, industrial hygiene, behavioral based safety, process safety management, and environmental compliance. The position will serve as a member of the corporate EHS leadership team and liaise with sites throughout an assigned region. The Regional EHS Manager will view the organization wholistically and work horizontally across the organization to ensure compliance with internal ICP EHS Standards and applicable regulatory requirements. This position reports to the ICP Group VP of EHS and will work closely with corporate and site operations leadership.

Experience:
B.S. in engineering, environmental science, safety management, or other EHS-related technical discipline from an accredited college/university.
Operations/production experience is a plus.
Minimum of three (3) years EHS leadership experience in chemical manufacturing or high-hazard work environment.
Strong computer skills; and associated data management experience including the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS), incident tracking, Management of Change, and KPIs.
Experience with Velocity EHS is a plus.
Experience generating and analyzing data to produce metrics and identify trends is a plus.
Experience with direction and leadership of EHS programs for multiple locations.
Strong knowledge of, and experience with environmental regulations and permitting (i.e., EPA, RCRA, Remediation, SARA, SPCC, SWPPP, TSCA, Title V, etc.).
Tier II and TRI reporting is a plus.
Strong knowledge of and experience with safety regulations and programs (i.e., ANSI, CSE, Electrical Safety, HazCom, LOTO, NFPA, OSHA, PSM including RMP, etc.).
Groundwater and Stormwater sampling is a plus.
Strong knowledge and experience with health programs (i.e., ACGIH, Industrial Hygiene, Hearing Conservation, NOISH, Respiratory Protection, etc.)
IH sampling and respiratory fit testing is a plus.
Risk management including auditing, regulatory inspections, and management of workers compensation cases.
Work with company counsel (attorney/legal) is a plus.
Relationships with local medical providers and insurance agencies is a plus.
Experience with behavior-based safety programs and developing a healthy safety culture at the site level.
Responsibilities :
Partner with site managers, stakeholders (employees, vendors, contractors, etc.) and the VP of EHS to ensure policies, procedures, and initiatives are standardized and provide a safe and efficient work environment.
Utilize the ICP EHS management information system to maintain recordkeeping for plants and program specific information, investigations, records, audits, inspections, corrective actions, safety training, etc.
Lead performance assurance efforts such as: facility self-audits, inspections, hazard identification walks, and other proactive actions in accordance with established injury and illness prevention programs.
Conduct and coordinate incident investigations when environmental, safety, or health incidents occur to include thorough root cause analysis, interim control measures, corrective actions, and future mitigation strategies.
Includes leading and developing Job Hazard Analysis.
Includes PPE assessments.
Develop, schedule, execute, and track employee EHS training.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
