Description We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative II to join our team in Ashburn, Virginia. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth. This position offers an opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction while supporting key business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt and detail-oriented customer support through various communication channels.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for increasing revenue and enhancing service.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update database systems regularly.

Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and customer retention.

Assist in training new team members to uphold company standards and policies.

Monitor competitive trends and provide insights to improve customer engagement.

Ensure compliance with ISO quality standards and company policies.

Support the planning and execution of office functions and administrative tasks.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize customer service operations. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a senior or advanced role.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Ability to identify and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Familiarity with database management and revenue accounting systems.

Knowledge of ISO quality standards and their application in customer service.

Exceptional organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to train and mentor new employees to ensure consistent service delivery.
