The Senior Manager, Affiliate Onboarding & Operations, manages the successful transition and onboarding of new Coldwell Banker affiliates and Global Masters into the brand and will support operational initiatives, both recurring and ad-hoc. This role will report directly to the Director Affiliate Onboarding & Operations.
In this role, the Senior Manager, Affiliate Onboarding & Operations will manage the successful transition/onboarding for new startups, conversions, and mergers and acquisition targets, consisting of training, networking, and mentorship opportunities that set up new companies for success. This role identifies, develops and delivers brand resources to drive operational efficiency, optimize utilization of brand products and programs, and set newly affiliated companies up for growth.
The Senior Manager, Affiliate Onboarding & Operations, will also be responsible for supporting operational initiatives by developing project plans, timelines, deliverables, communication and the development of supporting training materials on recurring and ad-hoc projects.
This role is 100% remote. The ideal candidate will reside in the Eastern Time Zone; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onboarding:
Start collaborating with the Affiliate upon the deal's execution through the first year of affiliation.
Create and regularly update an incubation program for new affiliates/Global Masters in coordination with training, product delivery, marketing, and operations teams.
Build trust with new affiliates and provide guidance and support during their first year.
Identify and implement development opportunities for owners and management teams based on competency gaps and operational needs.
Recommend and manage projects that add value to affiliate relationships, enhance profitability, and support growth.
Monitor trends, responses, and attitudes of our affiliates, and communicate these insights to the servicing and leadership teams to ensure the brand is responsive to affiliate needs; disseminate regular reporting and feedback.
Help escalate and highlight problem tickets to the appropriate internal resources.
Enforce brand standards and the Policy & Procedures manual at all levels, including within local offices, marketing materials, websites, and social media.
Produce monthly growth reports for 24 months from the affiliate start date (opening).
Recurring & Ad-Hoc Initiatives:
Assist in driving timely initiatives for marketing, operations, and servicing. Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to identify process and communication gaps.
Lead and manage the planning and implementation of operations program initiatives in a timely manner.
Define and scope project objectives.
Prepare all prerequisite project documentation, including Contracts, Project Briefs, and Management Approvals.
Interface with internal and external customers to understand project needs and challenges.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, designers, developers, and internal departments to develop and manage joint plans and timelines.
Conduct kick-off and status meetings and prepare and distribute meeting minutes.
Coordinate with groups such as Communications, Field Services, Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless rollouts and integrations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client support is required.
Knowledge of the residential real estate industry and global real estate practices is strongly preferred.
Ability to work across all time zones - domestically and internationally.
Proven experience in effectively presenting information to clients, employees, and organizational leadership along with experience creating presentation decks and materials.
Strong project management skills and the ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to take the initiative, be proactive, and adapt to a changing environment, are critical.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite strongly preferred.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
