Humana's Marketing organization is seeking a CRM marketing leader who is experienced in pharmacy marketing to join the Member Relationship Marketing and Pharmacy teams as an Associate Director. These teams are focused on the well-being of our members, and we believe there's a role for us to play as a well-being partner who will empower customers to live a life that's healthy, active, and rewarding. As the Associate Director, you will be responsible for the full portfolio of Pharmacy Benefits Management member engagement marketing campaigns, marketing investment, and campaign outcomes. You will work side-by-side with our Pharmacy and Marketing partners to identify business goals for our messaging campaigns, develop data-driven strategies to meet those objectives, lead the marketing team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts.
Key Role Functions
Lead and develop a team of 2-4 direct reports, enable high levels of associate engagement, and support their professional growth and development
Lead a cross-functional team of strategists, data analysts, communication channel owners, and other partners
Expand marketing's contribution to business goals by developing new marketing strategies and by optimizing performance of existing campaigns, increasing the value of marketing's campaign portfolio which includes discovery, strategy development, campaign implementation, and ongoing continuous improvement of the campaigns
Lead partnership with multiple analytics teams, including development of operational reporting and dashboards, campaign performance monitoring, analytics to uncover motivators and barriers, and development of predictive models for use in campaign targeting.
Develop data-driven engagement marketing strategies as the result of analysis based on existing customer characteristics, campaign performance, and knowledge gathered from analytics and research
Serve as the primary strategic partner with business stakeholders
Build strong working relationships in a matrixed environment, actively participating with line of business leaders to impact the revenue and growth dynamics of Humana's businesses
Identify, analyze, evaluate, and prioritize business opportunities using historical campaign performance, statistical modeling, consumer analytics, and competitive intelligence
Utilize your problem-solving skills, be organized, and show attention to detail while managing multiple high-profile programs
Continuously improve our campaigns by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience driving campaign response, lifecycle management through direct marketing and/or digital marketing
Pharmacy marketing experience
Experience leading a team of direct reports
Experience on improving engagement through a behavior-based marketing approach that encompasses personalization to tailor differentiated messages, content and offers based on unique member needs
Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting controlled tests, and applying insights to improve performance
Experience leveraging modern marketing technology
Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies that achieve business goals
Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs
Additional Information
This role reports to a Director of Marketing, within the Marketing organization.
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees' ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$150,000 - $206,300 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
