Hiring Entry Level Production Workers/Forklift Operators in Philadelphia, PA!

Shift/Pay:

1st shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, $20.50/hr.

Description:

Looking for an assistant warehouse coordinator that will help with all aspects of receiving product.

Pick and deliver material to internal labs.

Respond to receiving and shipping requests in a timely and professional manner.

May help with shipping as needed.

Unload and load trucks as needed.

Handle all system receiving and paperwork processing, which may require physical inspection of material.

Participate in end of month (EOM) or end of year physical inventory.

Communicate the status of delivery/receiving activities to appropriate personnel.

Maintain work area in a neat and clean condition, including housekeeping in the warehouse.

Observe all safety rules and regulations.

Assist other warehouse employees or departments as needed.

Potential to operate a forklift down the line.

Lifting up to 50 pounds to move products around and to organize onto pallets.

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to be on feet for long standing periods.

Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Comfortable with working in a warehouse environment.

Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work with a team.

Strong communication skills.

Inventory control, material handling, warehouse inventory, shipping and receiving, inventory management, general labor, RF scanner operation, pallet jack operation, order picking.

Previous working experience as a warehouse worker for 2 years.

High School diploma.

Stand up forklift experience or any other @type of powered trucks (preferred).

Hands-on experience with inventory and logistics software programs (ERP, RF scanners).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
