Fully-Remote Talent Acquisition Consultant Opportunity!

Job Description

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support 50-70 requisitions for our production line in Charlestown, New Hampshire. This role involves recruiting entry-level production line and various manufacturing talent. The recruiter will partner with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and find creative ways to attract talent, such as local career fairs, partnering with schools, and other strategic methods to learn more about the production job market in the area.

Responsibilities

Manage and support 50-70 requisitions for the production line.

Recruit entry-level production line and various manufacturing talent.

Partner with HRBPs to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Pin Point for managing candidates.

Find creative ways to recruit, including attending local career fairs, partnering with schools, and other strategic methods.

Stay informed about the production job market in the area.

Essential Skills

Strong talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Sourcing: Proven ability to source candidates effectively.

7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly Pin Point.

Ability to develop strategic ways to identify top talent.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing.

Work Environment

This is a remote position with a strong preference for candidates who can occasionally visit the Charlestown, NH campus and host career fairs. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
