Summary: Responsible for processing various forms and agreements and
performing data entry and check back. Provide training and support to
end users and internal employees for various electronic products and
services. Develop, generate, analyze and monitor various reports.
Coordinate implementation of Treasury Management services for public
funds customer relationships. Serve as back up to the supervisor.
Responsibilities: include but are not limited to the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Process various forms and agreements, verify customer information
and account ownership and perform check back to ensure accuracy and
compliance with standards and procedures, detecting potential fraud
when possible.
Utilize administrative modules to set up customers on various
electronic products.
Provide training and support to end users for electronic products
and services.
Develop and/or provide Treasury Management product training to
employees.
Monitor the web-based modules for customer-initiated transactions
and correspondence, ensuring items or inquiries are processed
properly and timely.
Perform data entry and work with various software programs.
Review, test and document product updates and/or releases and make
recommendations concerning new features or functionality.
Compile, process and monitor detailed, statistical reports for
preparation of management reports.
Image and maintain documentation following record retention
guidelines.
Develop and update procedures to ensure compliance with established
controls and risk mitigation strategies.
Assist management by coordinating the implementation of project
plans for departmental and bank wide processes.
Coordinate and monitor Treasury Management and Retail Sales
promotions.
Maintain information on department Intranet page.
Serve as a resource to Treasury Management team members to ensure
proper functioning of daily operations.
Coordinate implementation of Treasury Management services for public
funds customer relationships.
Serve as back up to the supervisor.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
Minimum of three years bank experience and extensive knowledge in
Treasury Management/electronic banking required.
Maintain working knowledge of deposit requirements for public funds
entities.
One year of project management experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Must successfully meet the requirements of Treasury Management Clerk
I, II and III positions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to problem solve, prioritize tasks and meet required
deadlines.
Ability to think critically and use good, sound judgment in decision

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers,
co-workers or vendors.

vendors and management.

Ability to use a calculator, computer and applicable software.
Ability to use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office
programs, specifically Word, Outlook and Excel.
