Administrative Assistant Location: Burnsville, MN Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Range: $22 - $27 per hour About the Role Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support their Director and manage special business projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who is early in their career looking to develop their administrative and project coordination skills in a dynamic office environment. This is an exciting temp-to-hire opportunity that is onsite in Burnsville, MN. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute special business projects. Gather information, compile data, and prepare reports. Analyze project needs and communicate key findings. Maintain and update project status reports. Manage project timelines and adjust as necessary. Troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure project completion. Provide general office support as needed. What We're Looking For Education: High School Diploma (or equivalent). Experience: 4+ years of office or related experience. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask. Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Excellent planning, time management, and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel knowledge is helpful).
