Volt is immediately hiring Mechanic Assemblers in Brimfield, IL.
This is an opportunity to build world-class heavy duty specialty
transport carriers used worldwide in the metals and material handling
sectors.
As a Mechanic Assembler you will:
Work with a team to produce components by assembling parts and
subassemblies in accordance with provided blueprints
Assemble a wide array of components used in heavy equipment (i.e.
hydraulic and electrical systems, cabs, axles, and powertrains) per
prints and assembly instructions
Commission and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical
systems
All employees contribute to a safe and organized work environment
This is a Full Time opportunity.
Monday - Friday
2nd shift - 3:30pm - Midnight
Experience with the following is a plus:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to read blueprints
Fluency with various hand tools
Prior mechanic experience a plus
Pay Rate: \$23 - \$26 /hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several
factors, including the candidate\'s education, work experience, work
location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
