Job Title: After-Hours Account Coordinator Location: Eden Prairie, MN - Primarily Remote (Local Candidates Only) Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Hours: 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM, Tuesday through Saturday Pay: $19.50/hour Position Overview Beacon Hill's client is seeking an After-Hours Account Coordinator to provide operational and customer support during overnight hours. This primarily remote role plays a key part in ensuring the continuity of transportation and logistics services outside of standard business hours. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable, this temp-to-hire position offers the opportunity to join a growing team and build a long-term career in logistics support. Candidates must be based in the Twin Cities surrounding area. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and carriers during overnight hours. Execute core logistics tasks including load entry, tracking and tracing, scheduling appointments, and resolving exceptions. Respond to incoming communications via task boards, email, or phone in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate documentation and update shipment statuses in internal systems. Escalate urgent issues according to company protocols and ensure appropriate handoffs to daytime teams. Support specific customer accounts or centralized operations based on business needs. Balance multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring service quality and accuracy. Other duties as assigned to support overnight logistics operations. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or GED Prior customer service or logistics support experience Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during overnight shifts Reliable internet connection and workspace (if working remotely) Local to Eden Prairie or surrounding Twin Cities area Preferred: Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience Familiarity with transportation systems or logistics coordination Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-throughIf you're a night owl who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, apply today to join a supportive team helping customers move freight smoothly-no matter the hour!
