Sales Associate - Job Description

Join our dynamic dealership family as a Sales Associate. We are a well-establishedFull service car dealer, located at 224 Main St., Stanley, ND 58784 and a successful sales history that has been owned and operated locally for 55+ years.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to determine their needs and discuss vehicle needs.

Develop an in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.

Test drive vehicles to demonstrate features.

Provide quotes and explain financing/leasing options for both new and used vehicles.

Follow up with prospective customers and respond to emails/voicemails.

Set appointments for online customers.

Follow up with existing customers to generate leads.

Understand buyer requirements and interests; match these interests to various car models.

Explain warranties and services.

Close sales by addressing objections, discussing sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.

Provide sales management information by completing reports.

Assist with the setup of the showroom and displays.

Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Contribute to the dealership's reputation by fulfilling customer requests.

What You'll Need:

Experience working with customers.

Valid state drivers license.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use.

Verbal/written communication and presentation skills.

Bilingual skills are advantageous!
