Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, AZ, 85248! In this role, you will handle administrative tasks, manage records, and facilitate communication between various teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Input and update information in spreadsheets and databases to maintain accurate records.

Utilize computer applications for tasks such as database management and word processing.

Coordinate repairs and maintenance for office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, and phone systems.

Validate and enter employee timesheets into payroll systems efficiently.

Process badging documentation for new hires and ensure timely distribution.

Generate and share reports with internal and external stakeholders.

Organize and maintain documentation, including payroll files and work-related reports.

Act as a point of contact between the project team, field personnel, and main office staff.

Handle correspondence by researching, drafting documents, and managing telecommunications.

Uphold confidentiality standards when managing company information.

Requirements - Proficiency in scheduling and managing project timelines effectively.

Strong administrative assistance skills to support team operations.

Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.

Ability to organize and maintain filing systems for easy access and retrieval.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.

Proficiency in using project management tools and software.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
